The Burgenstock Hotel is located 450 meters above Lake Lucerne and is surrounded by the Swiss Alps. You have got a 360 degree view from the whole hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the historic Burgenstock Resort a 60 hectares large private ground on the Burgenberg. Nevertheless it takes only 1 minute to the own funicular which brings you to the ship station of Kehrsiten. From there it only takes 25 minutes to the city of Lucerne. An additionally shuttle bus runs regularly between the resort and the next train station.Room Reservations for more than 5 rooms All rooms reservations of more than 5 rooms up to 10 rooms for same stay dates same arrival and departure pattern or similar features such as room types pax occupancy etc overlapping same dates will be treated as group reservations and will be subject to different terms and conditions than the ones initially booked as per system booking confirmations.

超出了我的想象 拍了好多照片 可以待一整天 舒服極了 山景房 非常推薦 因為其他的都是湖景 衹有房間是山景 真的 不用升級 很漂亮很漂亮 除了spa 還有很多地方很不錯 可惜了高爾夫沒打成 那個人説關門了 估計是懶得特意給我們開 小費準備好 不夠給 哈哈哈哈

設施：可以説都是一流的啦，這麼貴的價格也是該匹配這樣檔次的設施的。spa體驗非常棒，無敵景觀是在別處獲得不了的。對着盧塞恩湖發呆泡着温泉非常舒適。可以説這個山頂高空無邊泳池屬於一流了。全不銹鋼花紋內池壁感覺乾淨舒適。各種温度和不同功效的桑拿房隨意使用，沒什麼人幾乎等於包場。最喜歡一個草葯精油的桑拿房感覺蒸完人都香香的。冰房和冰池不敢體驗。酒店自己的上下山小火車和去往盧塞恩鎮的船一小時一班都是住店客人免費無限次乘坐。我們開車到店第二天體驗了一下非常棒。住客可以坐船的頭等艙。不過天氣好在二層户外看湖景挺好。開車到店有人幫停車，會給一個取車卡片，很方便。住店停車是免費的哦。
衞生：非常乾淨整潔。哦有一個問題也許應該反饋在設施裏。打了一夜大雨，我們房間的陽台積水了。反饋給前台，説沒關係不會漫進房間。但是看起來就會覺得怪不舒服的。
環境：環境沒得説，酒店一面看美麗的盧塞恩湖景一面看美麗山坡。當然入住來説還是推薦湖景房，在房間就可以看到令人心曠神怡的景色！度假村很大，沒事走走環境都非常棒。
服務：那晚到店比較晚21點多並沒有給我們到店酒。其他服務感覺都不錯。早餐非常好，檔次高，吃飽了再叫一壺茶看着美景喝茶簡直太舒適。和馬爾代夫的jiaolibeing差不多檔次。當然價格也差不多。水喝完了可以讓前台免費送不需要收費。房間免費提供了免費純水和氣泡水。spa桑拿區有飲料和水果堅果都是隨意食用。總體感覺是非常不錯的。處處都有無敵景觀！

辦理入住的過程也特別愉悦，歡迎香檳很nice，前台小哥哥都很帥，英語也很過關！辦理完入住結果小哥哥直接送我們到房間，介紹了我們之前要求的special room decoration, 好多鮮花和玩具（提前給酒店寫郵件，有特殊需要的可以留言找我拿） 然後然後就過來給我們開香檳🍾啦！可能是之前沒見過世面，第一次遇到辦理入住的小哥哥給我們到房間開香檳!
需要注意的是spa時間，由於我們辦理入住的時間比較晚，所以錯過了第一天的spa好可惜！❤️可以拍照的時間也是有限的，所以一定提前規劃好！spa時間是早上8點到晚上8點（其中拍照的時間是9-12和下午5-7點, 其他時間禁止🚫拍照！帶小孩子也是這個時間段，其他時間不允許🈲帶孩子👶🏻來）
spa區域在現代房酒店的第四層，健身房也在這一層！spa的面積很大很大，有三層！第二層就是spa reception和網紅的無邊泳池（infinity泳池）！（從酒店第四層進去就是spa區域的第二層） 。第一層要進去更衣室後，再下一層。有很多不同種類的桑拿房，還有單獨的女性桑拿區！有吃東西的區域，水果堅果之類的小食，還有咖啡茶飲。三層是Hollywood pool, kids activity center（具體名字可能叫別的名字，但是這個區域就是給小孩子做活動的） 和 oak grill餐廳！❤️Hollywood Pool對小童很友好，裏面有個小泳池有個小的滑梯，小孩子在它開放的時間段內都可以去，但是有一點就是水很涼！
第一次來spa需要在spa reception的地方check in一下！沒有穿浴袍過去的可以在spa reception拿一下，然後他們會給你一個手牌。進無邊泳池需要經過更衣室，更衣室門口需要刷手牌。找到櫃子後，要換一下櫃子裏的拖鞋，櫃子的鎖🔒需要拿手牌設定一下鎖，然後出來的時候才可以拿自己手牌開🔑。

琉森湖畔的高山懸崖度假村，可以靜享整座山的美麗。從酒店徒步到觀光塔，一路俯瞰湖光山色，猶如偶遇絕代佳人。早晨，在高山草甸徒步，聆聽牛羣美妙的鈴鐺聲，猶如遇見上學的小童們；如果運氣好，在酒店的户外休閑區，可以欣賞到日落羣山的壯麗景象。無論是驅車前往，還是坐船和攬車前往酒店，都是記憶深刻而美好的。意大利餐廳的食物美味又實惠；可惜亞洲餐廳的食物一般。

不愧是萬眾期待的酒店，面對阿爾卑斯山脈的spa池真的無敵！服務也不錯，餐飲一般但還能吃，在瑞士算是不錯的餐飲。酒店整個度假風格真的拉滿，孩子也不覺得無聊！很想再來！
